· 24 Hour Emergency Service:

If it’s the middle of the night, don’t hesitate to call. When a customer is in need, we are there to help, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

· Inventory Management:

If you use a large volume of hose and fittings and would like to have your own dedicated inventory, the ParkerStore Manager or a member of his team can help you determine what you should actually be stocking based on your annual usage.

· Training:

Our customers want to learn, and we want to teach! Just ask your ParkerStore Manager when their next training class will be offered. Most often they are in conjunction with an Open House event. Classes can range in topics from metric thread identification to tube fabrication. If there is a particular topic that you would like to learn, just ask! We will do our best to satisfy your immediate needs.

· Technical Service:

If you are designing a new system, or replumbing an old one, just ask our ParkerStore Manager for help. He can make recommendations for which fluid connector components you should use based on your systems characteristics, or put you in touch with Parker's Tech Service Department for more engineered solutions.
